Paul began his insurance career as an underwriter with The Cincinnati Insurance Company. During his time with Cincinnati Insurance he managed the downtown Chicago territory, quickly earning the position of Senior Underwriter. In 2009, Paul joined Allied Insurance Managers, becoming one of few agents with insurance company and agency experience. Paul has served in several capacities with Allied, currently, as an equity partner managing marketing, advertising and IT departments.

Paul also prides himself in moving the industry forward and is proud to have been selected to serve on several Fortune 500 insurance company boards & councils. Paul also believes in the value of professional development which can be reflected in the advanced insurance designations he has earned, including Certified Insurance Counselor, Licensed Insurance Counselor & Certified Professional Insurance Agent. He also manages a broad client base, with a passion for companies in following industries:

Paul received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. When Paul is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys playing golf, traveling and watching sports.

Chris Beardslee is a 2003 graduate of Michigan State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Having worked as an account executive since graduating, Chris has a proven track record of dedication to his customers and commitment to customer service. Chris takes great pride in working with business owners to develop a strategic plan that will allow them to achieve their risk management objectives.

When Chris is not working he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, dog, and two sons. He also takes part in many sporting activities, such as kickball, bowling, and golf; along with recreational activities like jogging and biking. During his college career, Chris worked with the Michigan State University football team earning a varsity letter and creating a diehard Spartan Fan.

Chris has developed programs for the Golf Course, Senior Care, Commercial Cleaning, Cannabis, and Restaurant industries. Additionally, Chris has partnered with Paul Kosmal to roll out a national Brewery, Distillery, and Winery program. Having a solid understanding of these highly specialized industries has made Chris uniquely qualified to help his clients develop risk management programs that are customized specifically to their business needs.

As a current member of the Michigan Golf Course Association, The Michigan Brewers Guild, The Association of Builders and Contractors, The Home Builders Association of Southeast Michigan, and The Michigan Restaurant Association he is one of only a few insurance agents approved to represent some very unique Self-Insured workers compensation programs for these industries.

Bill is a 1992 graduate of Michigan State University from the School of Social Science with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.

Bill has over 20 years of experience in the property and casualty industry working for two large regional carriers in sales, marketing and underwriting. Cincinnati Insurance Companies (Senior Regional Director, Regional Director, Field Rep., State Agent) for 13 years.  Auto Owners Insurance (Commercial lines underwriter and Marketing representative) for 4 years.   Bill’s commercial lines underwriting and sales experience affords him a unique perspective on writing large and small commercial risks.

Bill has attained the designations, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC).

Bill also has experience in residential property management (4 years) and manufacturing (3 years) prior to his insurance career.

Bill lives in Rochester, MI with his wife Jennifer and three children.  When not working he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching basketball, track & field and participating in all things sports.  Bill is a varsity letter winner from Michigan State University in Track and Field.

Jayson is a 1994 graduate of Western Michigan University, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales and Marketing. He has 20+ years experience in the commercial property and casualty industry and has been an integral part of Allied Insurance Managers’ success.

Jayson has a proven track record of dedication and commitment to excellence. He takes great pride in helping business owners develop a strategic plan to help them achieve their risk management objectives and reduce their overall cost of insurance.

In addition to his broad general knowledge of insurance, Jayson has developed an expertise in insuring Fire Protection Contractors. Having a solid understanding of this highly specialized industry has made him uniquely qualified to help his clients develop risk management programs that are customized specifically to the fire protection industry.

He currently insures over 200+ fire protection contractors throughout the Midwest and Nationally including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Texas,  New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado, Arizona and Kansas.  His success has now allowed him to extend his services to over 30+ states across the US.

When Jayson is not working he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 4 children. He is also an active participant in his church and community. When time allows he also enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, camping, basketball, golf, traveling, good food and wine.
