Health Insurance for All

Any company employing a number of staff members should look into the proper employee benefit packages. These benefit packages help companies attract and retain quality employees without adding extra costs to their bottom line.

Adequate health insurance coverage should cover the costs of annual and sick visits to a primary care physician, specialists and other medical providers. It also covers services received at hospitals, in-patient procedures or any other outpatient care.

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)

PPOs are the most common group insurance plan that gives your team a flexible health plan, however it’s also typically the most expensive. PPOs allow your employees to skip referrals to see a specialist and plans usually cover at least part of out-of-network services.

Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)

HMOS are usually a cheaper option for health insurance, but as a result that comes with limitations like only covering medical care for in-network doctors and referrals to see specialists are still required.

Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO)

An EPO plan is a combination of both PPO AND HMO insurance plan options. EPOs allow your employees to get out of getting a referral for specialists, but the coverage still only pays for in-network doctor visits.

Point of Service (POS)

Alternative a POS plan is the reverse of an EPO. With a POS, your employees will need referrals for their specialist visits, but the plan covers certain out-of-network services which helps make those specialists a bit more affordable.
