Commercial Lines CSR - 001

Seeking experienced Large Lines – Commercial Lines CSR who will be responsible for all aspects of a client account including; reviewing new and renewal policies, processing policy changes, invoicing clients, updating client database, and daily interaction with clients. Marketing and review of new and renewal quotes including proposal preparation included. This individual will be a part of a team of insurance professionals highly educated in the insurance industry. Minimum of five years of commercial property/casualty insurance experience required. Microsoft Word and Excel skills required, AMS/AFW experience preferred.

Personal Lines CSR - 002

Allied is always on the look for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a minimum of two years of personal property & casualty experience. Must have AMS/AFW software experience. Will use AMS/AW software as a tool to process endorsements, interpret policy provisions, answer coverage and billing questions with an assigned client book. This individual will not only rate various companies for optional quotes for prospective clients, but will be responsible for re-marketing existing policies trying to obtain appropriate coverage and premiums.

Administrative Assistant - 003

Entry Level Assistant to handle mail, ordering supplies, filing and receptionist back-up. Microsoft Word and Excel skills a plus. Good advancement opportunities within the insurance industry.
